What are the delivery charges? Are the watches good quality? Are they refundable?

There is usually free international shipping. However, there are certain places that may take a longer time or some fees like taxes which we do not cover and you have to settle it yourself. Our watches are good quality, Swiss-made unless stated otherwise. If however within 30 days of the purchase you are not satisfied, please mail it back with the original packaging and in unworn condition. If any of this is not fulfilled we reserve the right to not refund or only a certain smaller amount. This will be at our discretion and the decision we make will be final. In such returns you bear the shipping costs. 

When ordering, if you are particular about small issues like some small scratches on watch back as part of the process to fit on the desired strap for you, or some follow up maintenance or tuning done in Singapore, then this watch is not suitable for you and DO NOT order. Your order will be deemed as having read this.

When the watch leaves us for shipping to you, it has already been tested to be accurate. For our automatic watches usually it will be below 20 seconds a day. However, due to magnetic or shipping interference, these may be affected and we will not be responsible for such issues. If however you want to make the watch more accurate by bringing it to a local repairer, in such situations we do not cover such costs and not responsible as the warranty will be void.

If not, if you want to send it to us for repair, please email raffleswatch [at] yahoo [dot] com with a brief description of the issue. Shipping costs, service costs to be born by you unless it is during Warranty duration and for conditions as listed in the Limited Warranty Terms. Our discretion and decision on what will be covered is final and will change without prior notice. By proceeding you agree to the above.

 

Which payment methods are accepted? What if I have not received my order confirmation or item?

PayPal is accepted as payment. You will receive a receipt in your email within 3 working days and it will indicate how long to receive your items. Due to the busy schedule, if you have not received, you may email raffleswatch [at] yahoo [dot] com.

How long will delivery take? Are the watches Swiss-made?

About 2-3 weeks. If you have not received a confirmation in your email within 3 working days or your order, or have not received the item in 2-3 weeks, due to busy schedule, please write in to us. raffleswatch [at] yahoo [dot] com.Yes, the watches are Swiss-made unless not stated.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Safety is provided via encryption via PayPal so it is quite safe for payment.

What exactly happens after ordering?

We will email you confirmation and details of your strap choice and model and shipping location. 

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes we will email you an invoice. Our warranty will start when the parcel is reached at the destination. If you do not hear from us within 3 working days of your order or 2-3 weeks for your item to arrive, please write to raffleswatch [at] yahoo [dot] com.
